There’s rebounder workouts, and then there’s Courtney Zelter rebounder workouts! I’m obsessed with these easy to follow, innovative, and incredibly challenging workouts! Her energy in infectious and the moves mixed with a killer playlist make every workout just as fun as it is effective!

I do not own a rebounder, but Courtney Zelter introduced me to her various workouts and taught me how to modify them for the floor so they were just as effective. I was immediately hooked. Her workouts are high energy, wide ranging in difficulty levels, and are well-thought out, so by the end of the class you’ve ended with a full length combination. Courtney is very positive while encouraging you to push past your limits and achieve new ones!

Courtney’s rebounder push class is exactly that, a PUSH. For the entirety of the class you feel challenged as well as empowered. Your heart rate is up, your muscles are shaking but her encouragement keeps you in it! She breaks down any combos so you know what you are doing— by the end you feel fully worked.

These classes are amazing! For a single mom with two little ones she gives me the workout I need in a time frame that works. She does an amazing job of staying engaged the entire class & being sure to work muscles in ways I haven’t found in any other workouts!
